Initiate Your Request
Log into your SoniX account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
